I reserve the right to decline any commission that I find I cannot deliver to a high quality, unreasonable, etc.
I also reserve the right to use your commission as promotional/sample material for future commissions, unless specifically asked
Please credit me as ルウナ in the final product with my YouTube, Bluesky, and Twitter/X credentials in the description. You are also welcome to tag me on any promotional posts you make.

I will only start your commission once I receive full upfront payment and all of the necessary files.
I will not ask for retakes unless the client requests in advance for vocal direction/vocal comping service. If a client wishes to submit retakes without requesting for this service in advance, they will be additionally charged up to 100% of original commission fee. This service is currently a tester so price will be determined upon inquiry.
Payment can be done through Paypal or kofi (all prices are in USD)
Full refunds are not accepted once I have started on your commission
Please let me know of any specific deadlines (even broadly) that you may have for this mix to be finished; I am currently not accepting any rush commissions
Current estimated turnaround time: ~4-5 weeks
If the client chooses to make any major changes by the mastering stage or when the final mix has been sent, they will be charged up to 100% of original commission fee
Once the client is satisfied with the final mix, I will send a drive link with the mastered .wav, mastered .mp3, and an acapella .mp3; I will delete the folder after one week so please be sure to download the folder and/or the desired files
audio guidelines
Before I can begin working on your commission (unless you are adding on the vocal direction package), I will need all of the following files:
All vocal tracks (wav, mono, 24bit, 48khz)
Separate overlaps and types of tracks; should be labelled accordingly (mains/harmonies/adlibs)
Highest quality off-vocal available (Stereo; If you'd like the key changed, let me know)

Please also ensure your tracks are:
Roughly timed to the given instrumental (if you can give the BPM of the song, that is appreciated)
Roughly in tune to the given instrumental
Relatively high quality (no peaking/clipping, no plosives, etc.); I can mix/have experience mixing headphone/phone microphone but it will impact the overall quality of the final mix so a good quality microphone is preferred
Minimal background noise (cars, fans, etc.); please leave a few seconds of silence in the beginning for noise removal
